乾性肌膚：敷約8-10分鐘，以溫水用指腹輕輕按摩洗淨即可。

油性肌膚：敷約10-15分鐘，敷至乾點，可吸附更多油脂髒汙，以溫水用指腹輕輕按摩洗淨即可。

泥膜土含量很高，很吸油；所以泥膜切勿敷過乾，清潔效果反而不佳。

一星期使用2~3次，視個人肌膚而定。
